At one point in our lives we’ve all felt like a kid in a candy store. The feeling is almost overwhelming to every single one of our senses. Visually, a candy story has wall to wall candy, with bins and bins overflowing with all the salt water taffy you can eat, and all the chocolate you can imagine. The smells of sweetness stimulate the tastebuds and can make anyone’s mouth water. The latest and newest candy store on the block has one thing in particular: The Great Wall of Soda.

Rocket Fizz is what all the buzz is about. With it’s captivating use of soda, and possibly every candy imaginable, this store oozes with excitement and wonder for every customer. “It’s not like your traditional candy store, where there’s your usual chocolate candy, there’s candy foam, cherry mash, dated back from 1918, as well as all sorts of taffy, there’s candy I’ve never seen before”. said Angela Capasso.

The store manager, Damian Barton takes pride in his store, as many business owners do. One of his pride and joy’s of  Rocket Fizz is the incredible Great Wall of Soda. “It’s mostly to showcase some of our most popular sodas, said Barton, “We now have branched out to over 500 kinds of sodas.”

These sodas vary from cookie-dough and cream soda to strawberry, blueberry, and even chocolate flavored. ” The inspiration for this store was from my best friend Ryan Morgan, who use to deliver sodas, his idea was to take a soda shop and a candy store and make them into one big store.”

Since 2009, Rocket Fizz has been booming with customers of all kinds, whether it’s curious kids or adults with a sweet tooth. This candy store is sure to satisfy and bring out the kid in all of us.
